Meet the Therapist & Team

Hello! My name is Annmarie Etuk-Campbell. I am the practice owner.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Canadian Certified Counsellor and pursuing my Doctorate in Grief Counselling, I am here to provide you with personalized therapy sessions. Whether it's individual counselling, youth therapy, or couple’s therapy, I am dedicated to helping you navigate through your journey.

Your mental well-being is my top priority. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating significant life transitions, coping with past or current trauma, and dealing with the complexities of grief. My therapy sessions are dedicated to supporting you through these challenging experiences, helping you find healing and develop coping strategies for a brighter, more resilient future.

Let's start your healing journey together!

I completed an Honours Degree in Cognitive Science, and Minor in Psychology at York University. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

My areas of passion include helping individuals, youth, and the young adult population. My specialities include life transitions, burnout, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

I utilize various modalities including CBT, Narrative, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

With kindness and understanding at the forefront, my hopes are to work with clients to identify their various strengths and provide numerous tools to facilitate positive lifelong change.

When I am not busy seeing clients I enjoy shopping, binge watching reality television, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
